David Hewitt BHA Christchurch, the New Forest, south Hampshire, east Dorset.

A Humanist funeral ceremony is unique and personal.  It celebrates a life. Having spent time with you to discuss the kind of ceremony you want, I will then work with you as a family to prepare a warm and meaningful occasion that has, at its heart, a tribute that celebrates the life of your loved one; describes their personality and achievements - the kind of person they were.  Although each ceremony I prepare is unique, most will have a few introductory words about life and death before the tribute is delivered; interspersed with music as well as readings and poems, as you choose.  On the day itself I will give you a commemorative, presentation transcript that captures and records the entire ceremony.  Please visit my website to read more about my ceremonies and why Humanist funerals are different…

Affiliation: I am accredited by the British Humanist Association: https://humanism.org.uk/ceremonies/
