Wild Meadow Eco Cemetery, Kinghorn

Wild MeadowEco Cemetery is proud to be the first community-owned natural burial ground in Fife. Set by the shores of Kinghorn loch, our peaceful space offers an environmentally conscious alternative to traditional burial.

Our cemetery is a natural setting with wildflower meadows, wooded areas, shrubs, and fruit trees all sustainably managed without the use of pesticides providing a haven for wildlife, birds, and pollinators. Natural burials, using biodegradable shrouds, coffins, and containers, ensure minimal environmental impact.

Designed as a peaceful and serene space for remembrance, reflection, and renewal, it is a living landscape that honours both people and the planet.

We welcome all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds from Kinghorn and beyond.
