Rosemarie Teece - Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Staffordshire.

I consider it a privilege to help the bereaved prepare a dignified and memorable farewell to their loved ones.

My professional background shaped the skills I call upon to devise and design bespoke funeral and memorial services. Prior to becoming a celebrant, I gained over 40 years’ experience in public relations. I worked for major companies at senior management level and then, for over 30 years, I was self-employed as a consultant to a varied portfolio of clients.

As an event organiser, I've hosted conferences, presentations, ceremonies and social occasions for both large audiences and more intimate gatherings.  Calm, confident, sensible, level headed, well spoken and educated, I am told that my friendly disposition and pleasant personality make me very approachable and easy to talk to.

I devote a great deal of time and effort into composing bespoke services that truly capture the essence of the decedent whilst showing consideration for the circumstances of their demise.  As a well practised creative writer, i find researching and eulogy writing to be particularly rewarding.

After each service I prepare a beautifully presented copy of the full ceremony script to present to the chief mourner. These are always well-received and appreciated by the recipients who tell me that finding a quiet time after the funeral, to read the tributes and words spoken about their loved ones, is a comforting reminder of the beautiful way we said “goodbye”.
