Become a Friend of the Natural Death Centre by printing out and filling in the standing order form for £5 per month (more if you can, and less if in financial hardship) and returning it to the address above (NOT to your bank).

Friends of the Natural Death Centre receive invitations to meetings, newsletters and occasional mailings, unless otherwise requested. If you would prefer to receive a printed form, please call 0871 288 2098, or email or write to us with your name and address.

The optional extra Gift Aid donation may allow the Natural Death Centre to reclaim tax if you pay UK taxes.

Or

The Natural Death Centre is a charitable project (registered charity no. 1091396). If you've found the Centre useful, please help us to help others by leaving us some money in your Will (if you already have a Will, simply fill in the codicil form and leave it with your Will or send it to the person looking after your Will - without stapling it or attaching it to your Will in any way. Your signature will need witnessing by two people who do not stand to benefit from your main Will or from the codicil).

THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND SUPPORT
