Michael Hannah - Dundee, Scotland

I am an independent funeral celebrant based in Dundee, Scotland.

My aim is always to work closely with family, friends and funeral directors to make the ceremony a beautiful and fitting tribute. I will always try to enable family and friends to participate in the ceremony if that is their wish.

I am very open to working with people who are planning ahead for their own funerals. Also to working on natural, green and home ceremonies and vigils.

I’m a good listener and work with sensitivity, compassion and calm professionalism. The power of the spoken word is very important to me and I work hard to capture the essence of a person’s life and deliver that effectively. I have a particular interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community and
am personally very aware of the sensitivities involved in acknowledging all aspects of a person’s life.

I mainly conduct services in Dundee, Perth, Angus and Fife but am happy to travel across Scotland if required.
