Gateway Funeral Services are Independent Funeral Directors dedicated and committed to providing a funeral service where the wishes and beliefs of the family, and the person who has died are our total priority. 

We can arrange traditional and alternative funerals, including green and woodland burials and will encourage the family to have as much or as little involvement as they wish.

We can offer a full and extensive range of coffins and caskets, including willow, bamboo, and wool (produced locally) plus other environmentally friendly options.  Not everyone wants a  traditional black hearse and we are able to provide alternatives modes of transport, from a Horse drawn hearse, to Motor cycle hearse, Flat bed Lorry hearse, VW Camper Hearse, or even your own transport.

We are aware that during the current economic climate cost is an issue for some families and openly advertise our basic simple funeral with prices for all our funeral options shown in full on our website.

We are able to provide pre-paid funeral plans with Golden Charter, and for families who may have money tied up in insurance policies, our Funeral Wishes form, ensures that Your wishes are carried out exactly as You want them to be.

As more and more families are looking for an alternative to the traditional funeral service, our fully qualified civil funeral celebrant is able to assist and guide you to create a fitting tribute to the person  who has died.  Taking a more relaxed view of what is required at a funeral, she will take time to assist and help families, and encourage them to take part in the service if they wish to do so.

Whilst our head office is based in Bradford, we can arrange a funeral anywhere in the West Yorkshire Area and beyond should the family wish us to do so.
